5-Track 'Parachutes' EP out August 8th

'Parachutes' is taken from debut solo album ‘Young Pilgrim’, out August 15th.

Written by Charlie, ‘Parachutes’ is currently play-listed at Radio 1, XFM and Kerrang among others. Charlie’s deftly crafted sonics and earnest lyrics showcase his maturity as a cherished British songwriter.  The release follows Charlie’s first headline tour which encompassed sold out shows in Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham and Bristol.

The EP bundle includes two original songs ‘Skin and Bones’ and ‘Dead Man Walking’, and two alternate versions of ‘Parachutes’- one from Charlie’s astonishing debut solo gig at the Tabernacle in London and another intimate stripped back arrangement of the song performed with a live band in the studio.

First single ‘Down Down Down’ made it onto Radio 1’s B-list and the video has received a hefty 330,000 YouTube hits. The new video for ‘Parachutes’ has received 125,000+ views, and Charlie has gained 12,000+ twitter followers since launching in April.
