LAURA WRIGHT performs Bolero on this weekend's Dancing On Ice Final

For those of you tuning in to the Dancing on Ice final this weekend, watch out for super soprano Laura Wright, who will be opening the show with operatic tenor Noah Stewart. The pair will be performing Ravel's 'Bolero' for ice-skating champions Torvill and Dean.

Laura and Noah will be performing on Dancing On Ice this Sunday the 25th March at 6:50pm on ITV1.

It's been an incredible few weeks for Laura - she was selected to record the new Diamond Jubilee song, Stronger As One which she performed in front of representatives from all over the Commonwealth at the Commonwealth Day Observance at Westminster Abbey on March 12th.
The track was even cited in The Queen’s annual Message to the Commonwealth’s two billion citizens worldwide.

Laura is currently studying opera at the acclaimed Royal College of Music, and to date has sold over one million albums.  One of the UK’s biggest-selling classical artists in 2011, she was the first female singer since Katherine Jenkins to reach Number One in the Classical Chart with her album, The Last Rose.  Her new album – Glorious – will be released on 28 May
2012 looks set to become another incredible year for the singing student.  Laura, who has just completed a UK tour with acclaimed tenor Alfie Boe, will be the first soprano to perform at the Olympic Stadium on 31 March.
