delighted to announce the home entertainment release of FRIENDS WITH KIDS written, directed and starring Jennifer Westfeld
(24, Grey’s Anatomy).
The all-star cast also
includes; John Hamm (Mad Men),
Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids), Maya
Rudolph (Bridesmaids), Chris O’Dowd (Bridesmaids), Megan Fox (Transformers), Adam Scott (Leap Year) and Edward Burns (Saving Private Ryan).
Jason (Scott) and
Julie (Westfeldt), the last two singles in a close group of 30-somethings,
observe the effect that kids have had on their friends’ relationships and
wonder if there’s a better way. Eventually they decide to have a kid together –
but date other people.
This is the perfect
rom-com for a cosy night in, with sprinklings of laughter and ‘aww’ moments. The
predictable plot is compensated by the cast who play off each other wonderfully
and despite their characters’ differences, true love always wins.
Friends with Kids is released on November 12th in both
the UK and Ireland on DVD, Blu-Ray and Digital Download.
