Joe Cocker has been a major player in the music business for more than forty years. He‘s released 21 studio and four live albums, selling millions of records globally and was named by the Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the ‘100 greatest singers of all time’.

Cocker is known for iconic songs like “You Can Leave Your Hat On” from 9 ½ weeks, “Up Where We Belong” from An Officer And A Gentleman and "With a Little Help from My Friends", the Beatles cover used as the opening theme for the very popular TV series “Wonder Years”. He starred in one of the most talked about Saturday Night Live episodes where he performed “Feelin’ Alright” alongside John Belushi.

Cocker performed at the original Woodstock Festival in 1969, and again at the 25th Anniversary celebration in 1994. His 1969 performance of ‘With a Little Help from my Friends’ has gone down in history as one of the greatest live performances ever.

His current album, the first for the Sony Music label Columbia Records, is called “Hard Knocks”. The album was critically acclaimed in Europe after its release in 2010, entering the German chart at number one, and will be released in America this summer.
