FOSTER THE PEOPLE To Play READING/LEEDS FESTIVAL

Foster The People, who release new single ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ on 20th June and their debut album ‘Torches’ on 27th June, have been confirmed to play the Reading and Leeds Festival. The band will be playing the Festival Republic Stage at Reading on Friday 26th August and at Leeds on Saturday 27th August.

Foster The People will also be playing a host of European festivals over the summer as well as the following UK festivals:

Sunday 26th June – Glastonbury (John Peel Stage)
Saturday 16th July – Lovebox Festival
Sunday 17th July – Latitude Festival

‘Torches’ has already been released in the U.S where it reached #8 in the album charts whilst ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ is currently #1 on Alternative Radio. The band are currently on a sold out U.S tour which is due to finish on 8th July.
