Roddy Hart & the Lonesome Fire are hitting the road bringing their blend of classic Americana and Celtic soul to every corner of Scotland. Following their performance at Scotland's newest arena The Hydro supporting The Proclaimers, the band are on the road to promote their new album.

Working with the producer of Coldplay’s multi million selling album X&Y, the band spent most of 2012 ensconced in the studio – recording in locations as diverse as a Glasgow church, the band’s own rehearsal room in Govan Town Hall (once home to Franz Ferdinand), and the legendary Dean Street Studios in London (the birthplace of albums by David Bowie and The Smiths) – to create a vividly widescreen sonic landscape, and a sound that is all their own. The result is the critically acclaimed, self-titled Roddy Hart & the Lonesome Fire.
