Review: Peppa Pig's Treasure Hunt - Richmond Theatre, London

PEPPA PIG'S TREASURE HUNT

Tues 24th January - 4pm: Mid-afternoon at Richmond Theatre, and the auditorium is swarming with an audience of ages ranging from 1 to 91, and we were all in for a  treat.

Peppa Pig's Treasure Hunt was wonderful to watch start to finish, with a simple revolving set, catchy tunes and lots to watch on stage.
We all go off on the hunt for buried treasure, with Peppa Pig, brother George, Pedro Pony, Danny Dog and Zoe Zebra, all led by Daisy.

We travel by school bus, train, boat and hot air balloon to the various locations, mountains, woods and the treasure island,  driven by Miss Rabbit

A very nicely choreographed UV scene with a plethora of sea creatures is a visual feast for the eyes, with an array Starfish, crabs, jellyfish and seahorses all on show.

Lots of audience participation, singing along and actions to do keeps everyone enthralled, and with a running time of 30 minutes each half, nobody gets restless at all.

Peppa Pig's Treasure Hunt is a huge bundle of fun for all ages, the cast and crew do a fantastic job, great puppeteering and this production is simply delightful. Don't miss it!

Peppa Pig's Treasure Hunt is at Richmond Theatre until 26th January
