Cinderella's Carriage rolls into Glasgow this December
The most magical panto of them all Cinderella is back due to popular demand at the King’s Theatre Glasgow from Friday 2 December 2016 until Sunday 8 January 2017. The rags to riches tale makes its tenth appearance in the history of the King’s legendary pantomime and proves a new pair of shoes can change your life.

Cinderella’s evil step-mother and ugly sisters have made her life a misery, but jovial joker Buttons and her Fairy Godmother will help make her wish come true – Cinderella shall go to the ball!
King’s Theatre General Manager James Haworth said: “Over 89 thousand customers have enjoyed the magic of panto across the last five weeks and as the curtain falls on Snow White, we’re delighted to announce this year’s title will be Cinderella. The fairy tale is a firm favourite with King’s audiences, and we look forward to presenting another first class production packed full of family fun and adventure.”
Scottish panto greats including Jimmy Logan, Stanley Baxter, Rikki Fulton, Elaine C. Smith, Gerard Kelly and Karen Dunbar have all graced the King’s stage in Cinderella, but who will the shoe fit this year? Casting announcements to follow.
Sumptuous sets, fabulous fairy tale costumes, big song and dance numbers, and riotous panto dames will guarantee fun and laughter for all the family.
