STEREOPHONICS to play Leeds Arena as part of November UK Tour
STEREOPHONICS
12-date November UK Arena Tour
New album ‘Graffiti On The Train’ out now
Play Leeds Arena Friday November 15th
The management team at Leeds Arena has confirmed that indie rock trailblazers, the Stereophonics, will be playing the venue this winter, as part of the four-piece’s first arena tour since 2010.
Set to take to the stage on Friday 15th November, the group – made up of frontman Kelly Jones, bassist Richard Jones, guitarist Adam Zindani and drummer Jamie Morrison – has played a major part in the UK alternative rock scene for more than 15 years. Their staggering five number one UK albums include well-known anthems such as Just Looking, Local Boy in the Photograph & Handbags and Gladrags.
The show forms parts of a newly announced national tour schedule, following the release of LP Graffiti On The Train earlier this month as well as the band’s latest single Indian Summer, which is their 26th UK Top 40 hit.
Ben Williams, general manager at Leeds Arena said: “The Stereophonics are well known for being incredible live, having headlined at some of the country’s biggest festivals, including Leeds Festival back in 2000. We’ve been told to expect renditions of some of their biggest-selling tracks, such as Have a Nice Day, Dakota, The Bartender and the Thief and Pick a Part That’s New.”
Tickets go on sale from 9.00 am on Friday 22nd March, priced £32.50-£39.50. To book tickets for this event, visit leeds-arena.com, phone 0844 248 1585, or buy your tickets in person from the Leeds Arena pop up box office, located at Leeds Town Hall. Booking fees may apply.
Tickets for all other venues also go on sale Friday 22nd March at 9am from www.gigsandtours.com / www.ticketmaster.co.uk
