“Oh the thinks you can think, when you think about Seuss.”

Floating out of control through the universe, this is the home of the Whos, including Jojo – a Who with “thinks” that defy all description. Horton and Jojo have to find a way to save Who from a world of naysayers and dangers. But Horton faces another challenge... he’s been left alone to guard an abandoned egg, abandoned than non other than Mayzie La Bird. Caught between a dust speck and his incubating egg, Horton feels truly alone in the universe, but while he faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping and ends up on trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. So join The Cat in the Hat and other fabulous characters and let your toes tap, your fingers snap, and your imagination run wild in the world of Dr. Seuss.

Further casting to be announced.

David Hunter  trained at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and graduated from the Acting course in 2006. During his time at LIPA, and seeking a musical outlet, David joined a local band and began writing and recording original music. But what started as a bit of fun, suddenly became a full time commitment, when the band were signed and immediately set to work creating their debut album. Recorded with the producers responsible for The Rolling Stones and The Who, the album eventually led to huge support slots, playing alongside The Feeling, Scouting For Girls and finally McFly on their full UK arena tour. During this time, David fronted the band as they performed in front of 200,000 people in every major arena in Britain. After completing their own headline tour, the band decided to call it a day. David returned to acting. He appeared in new musicals Pub and Spinach at The Royal Exchange in Manchester, before joining One Man, Two Guvnors at The National Theatre and its transfer to he Adelphi Theatre.

Seussical is produced by David Hutchinson and Phillip Rowntree for the multi award-winning Sell a Door Theatre Company.
